Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of renewable resource recovery and utilization, and specifically relates to silicon dioxide microcrystalline powder equipment and a manufacturing technology. The equipment comprises a feed inlet, an igniter, a motor, a speed reducer, a blower fan, an air duct, a controller, a temperature sensor, a burning container, a spiral pusher, a central shaft, a discharge hole, and a chimney. Rice husks enter the burning container from the feed inlet. The igniter arranged on the upper part of the burning container ignites the rice husks. The blower fan supply oxygen to the burning container through the air duct. The temperature sensor sends the temperature in the burning container to the controller. The controller can control the air supply velocity of the blower fan. The speed of the motor is reduced by the speed reducer and then the motor drives the central shaft to rotate. Then the spiral pusher is driven by the central shaft to discharge finished product of silicon dioxide microcrystalline powder from the discharge hole. The chimney arranged on the upper part of the burning container is used to dissipate heat and discharge smoke. The temperature in the burning container is maintained in a range of 1610 to 1790 DEG C. The provided silicon dioxide microcrystalline powder equipment and manufacturing technology have the advantages that the automation degree is high, the work temperature is stable, the produced silicon dioxide microcrystalline powder has a fractal dimensional fracture surface and advantages of high purity, and good quality, and the efficiency is high.
本发明涉及再生资源回收利用技术领域,具体涉及二氧化硅微晶粉设备及制造工艺,它包括进料口、点火器、电机、减速机、风机、风管、控制器、温感器、焚烧容器、螺旋推料器、中心轴、出料口、烟囱;稻壳经进料口进入焚烧容器;焚烧器上部的点火器将稻壳点燃;风机通过风管给焚烧容器内供氧;温感器感应焚烧容器内的温度传递给控制器;控制器控制风机送风速度;电机经减速机减速后带动中心轴旋转,从而带动螺旋推进器将成品二氧化硅微晶粉经出料口导出;焚烧容器上部烟囱用于散热和排烟;焚烧容器内温度保持在1610摄氏度到1790摄氏度之间;本发明二氧化硅微晶粉设备及制造工艺,它自动化程度高,工作温度稳定,生产的二氧化硅微晶粉具有分维断面,纯度高,质量好,效率高。
