Rapid-repair heatproof material and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention provides a rapid-repair heatproof material and a preparation method thereof. The rapid-repair heatproof material is prepared by mixing glycidyl amine epoxy resin, organic silicone resin, glycidyl ester epoxy resin, TiO2, gas-phase SiO2, ceramic beads, vermiculite, iron oxide, boron-phenolic resin powder, aramid short fiber, SiC, Al2O3, ammonium polyphosphate, mica powder, a triethanolamine modifier, polyamide, 2-methyl-5-vinylpyridine, phenyltriethoxysilane, ethyl acetate and absolute ethyl alcohol. Various properties of the rapid-repair heatproof material are mutually matched and balanced, wherein ablation resistance and heat insulation performance are balanced, strength and manufacturability are balanced, and heat resistance and toughness are balanced; thus, problems in rapid repair of the heatproof material can be overcome.
本发明提供了一种快速修复防热材料及其制备方法,将缩水甘油胺环氧树脂、有机硅树脂、缩水甘油酯环氧树脂、TiO2、气相SiO2、陶瓷微珠、蛭石、氧化铁、硼酚醛树脂胶粉、芳纶短纤维、SiC、Al2O3、聚磷酸胺、云母粉、三乙醇胺改性剂、聚酰胺、2‑甲基‑5‑乙烯基吡啶、苯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙酸乙酯和无水乙醇混合制得。本发明的各种性能相互匹配平衡,抗烧蚀性与隔热性平衡,强度与工艺性平衡,耐热性与韧性平衡,能够解决防热材料的快速修复。
