Abstract

本发明涉及一种冷裱膜及其制备方法,它是由以下重量份的原料制备而成:等规聚丙烯80~150、抗静电母粒1~3、有机硅润滑脂0.2~0.6、增透剂0.2~1.5和防粘连剂1~5;所述抗静电母粒由聚丙烯树脂和抗静电剂按照重量比为1:(0.2~2)混合制成,抗静电剂为甘油乙撑双硬酯酰胺、阴离子型脂肪酸盐、棕榈酸或聚醚受阻胺类抗静电剂;所述增透剂为乙撑双硬酯酰胺或低密度聚丙烯;所述防粘连剂为硅石、滑石、粘土和云母中的两种或两种以上。该方法制作的冷裱膜能使相片图象具有高度防腐性及抗紫外线的侵蚀,历久常新,永不褪色,不变黄、更能增加强烈的立体感,产生意想不到的效果。
The invention relates to a cold lamination film and a preparation method thereof. The cold lamination film is prepared from, by weight, 80-150 parts of isotactic polypropylene, 1-3 parts of antistatic masterbatch, 0.2-0.6 part of organosilicon lubricating grease, 0.2-1.5 parts of a permeability improving agent and 1-5 parts of anti-adhesion agent, wherein the antistatic masterbatch is prepared by mixing polypropylene resin with an antistatic agent according to a weight ratio of 1:(0.2-2), the antistatic agent is glycerol ethylene bistearic amide, anionic fatty acid salt, palmitic acid or polyether hindered amine antistatic agent, the permeability improving agent is ethylene bistearic amide or low-density polypropylene, and the anti-adhesion agent is two or more than two of silica, talc, clay and mica. By using the cold lamination film prepared by the method, images have high corrosion resistance and ultraviolet erosion resistance, are newer with time and never fade and yellow, strong three-dimensional sense can be improved, and unexpected effect can be realized.
