Abstract

本发明公开一种支重轮轮体的分段加热冷却淬火工艺,包括以下步骤:S1,放置、定位支重轮:通过机械手抓取所述支重轮并将其放置于淬火装置内的支撑平台;S2,通过感应圈体对所述支重轮依次进行中频?高频?中频的感应加热;S3,对感应加热后的支重轮冷却:对感应加热后的支重轮依次进行水?盐水?油的喷淋冷却。本发明提供的支重轮淬火工艺,通过采用水?盐水?淬火油的冷却工艺,解决了现有技术中支重轮淬火速度慢、存在变形开裂以及淬火后硬度不一的问题,具有支重轮硬度均匀、淬火效率高的优点。
The invention discloses a segmented heating and cooling quenching process for a wheel body of a thrust wheel. The process comprises the following steps of 1, placing and positioning the thrust wheel, wherein the thrust wheel is grabbed through a mechanical arm and placed on a support platform in a quenching device; 2, sequentially conducting intermediate frequency, high frequency and intermediate frequency induction heating on the thrust wheel through induction coil bodies; 3, cooling the thrust wheel obtained after induction heating, wherein spray cooling implemented through water, saline water and oil is sequentially conducted on the thrust wheel obtained after induction heating. According to the thrust wheel quenching process, the water-saline water-quenching oil cooling process is adopted, so that the problems that in the prior art, the quenching speed of a thrust wheel is low, the thrust wheel is deformed and cracked, and the thrust wheel is inconsistent in hardness after being quenched; the quenching process has the advantages of being uniform in thrust wheel hardness and high in quenching efficiency.
