本发明公开了一种表面负载纳米二氧化钛的改性活性炭纤维丝的制备方法,属于环境保护中的光催化材料领域,在水的纯化、废水处理、废气处理、空气净化和消毒抗菌等领域具有广泛的研究和应用前景。本发明将改性后的活性炭纤维丝放入由纳米TiO2(德固赛P25)、丙酮、环氧树脂、UV?P和纳米Fe2O3形成的混合溶液中充分浸渍后,在氮气气氛下烘干即可得到表面负载纳米二氧化钛的改性活性炭纤维丝。本发明所使用的各种原料易得,制备方法简单,纳米TiO2层黏结度高、稳定性好、负载均匀,激发光波长范围较广,光催化性能良好等优点;可广泛应用于水的纯化、废水处理、废气处理、空气净化和消毒抗菌等领域。

The preparation method comprises the following steps of putting the modified active carbon fiber into a mixing solution of nanometer TiO2 (Degussa P25), acetone, epoxy resin, UV-P and nanometer Fe2O3 (ferric oxide), fully impregnating, and drying under the nitrogen atmosphere, so as to obtain the modified active carbon fiber with surface-loaded nanometer titanium dioxide.
