Abstract

本申请提供一种控制装置和控制方法,用于协调控制多台感应电动机,多台感应电动机包括主感应电动机和与主感应电动机机械连接的一台或多台从感应电动机,该控制装置具有:主变频器,其根据第一指令信息控制主感应电动机;一台或多台从变频器,其根据由主变频器输出的第二指令信息控制一台或多台从感应电动机;通信网络部,其将从主变频器输出的第二指令信息发送到一台或多台从变频器;报警通信部,其在一台或多台从变频器的任意一个发生异常时,将异常信号发送到主变频器;报警保护部,其在主变频器从该报警通信部接收到异常信号后,使主变频器以及一台或多台从变频器停止运行。本申请能以低价并容易实现的方式对多台感应电动机进行协调控制。
The invention provides a control device and a control method. The control device is used for realizing coordination control on multiple induction motors, and the multiple induction motors comprises a main induction motor and one or multiple secondary induction motors in mechanical connection with the main induction motor. The control device comprises a main frequency converter used for controlling the main induction motor according to the first instruction information, one or multiple secondary frequency converters used for controlling the one or multiple secondary induction motors according the second instruction information outputted by the main frequency converter, a communication network portion used for sending the second instruction information outputted by the main frequency converter to the one or multiple secondary frequency converters, an alarm communication portion used for sending an abnormity signal to the main frequency converter when any one of the one or multiple secondary frequency converters is in an abnormal state, and an alarm protection portion used for stopping the main frequency converter or the one or multiple secondary frequency converters when the abnormity signal is received by the main frequency converter from the alarm communication portion. Through the control device, coordination control on the multiple induction motors can be easily realized at low cost.
