本发明属于化学化工领域,涉及一种脱漆剂及制备方法。本发明脱漆剂包括:质量占比25%的碳酸二甲脂、质量占比25%混合二元酸酯、质量占比25%甲酸、质量占比5%十二烷基磺酸钠、质量占比20%蒸馏水。本发明制备方法包括:(1)将计量好的混合二元酸酯倒入容器中;(2)将计量好的碳酸二甲酯搅拌倒入混合二元酸酯容器中,充分搅拌,至完全溶解;(3)将甲酸在搅拌下加入所述容器中,搅拌至充分混合溶解;(4)用少量蒸馏水将十二烷基磺酸钠调成糊状,然后用50倍蒸馏水煮沸至十二烷基磺酸钠完全溶解,冷却到室温后在搅拌下将完全溶解的十二烷基磺酸钠溶液加入混合有混合二元酸酯、碳酸二甲酯、甲酸的容器中;(5)加蒸馏水至计算量容积。
The invention belongs to the field of chemistry and chemical engineering and relates to a paint remover and a preparation method thereof. The paint remover comprises, by mass, 25% of dimethyl carbonate, 25% of mixed dibasic acid ester, 25% of methanoic acid, 5% of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 20% of distilled water. The preparation method includes the steps of (1) pouring the measured mixed dibasic acid ester into a container; (2), pouring the measured dimethyl carbonate into the mixed dibasic acid ester container with stirring, and stirring sufficiently until complete dissolution is achieved; (3), adding the methanoic acid into the container with stirring until sufficient mixed dissolution is achieved; (4), blending the sodium dodecyl sulfate into paste with a small quantity of distilled water, boiling with 50 times the amount of distilled water until the sodium dodecyl sulfate dissolves completely, cooling to the room temperature, adding the completely dissolved sodium dodecyl sulfate solution into the container mixed with the mixed dibasic acid ester, the dimethyl carbonate and the methanoic acid; (5), adding the distilled water to a calculated quantity of volume.
