Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种石墨烯的制备方法,包括将氧化石墨与剥离分散剂混合并研磨,使得氧化石墨剥离成氧化石墨烯并分散于剥离分散剂中,形成氧化石墨烯固体分散系;将氧化石墨烯固体分散系加热至剥离分散剂燃烧,去除剥离分散剂的同时将氧化石墨烯还原成石墨烯,其中,所述剥离分散剂为碳水化合物和\或其衍生物。本发明以碳水化合物和\或其衍生物作为分散剂,通过将氧化石墨与其混合并研磨,形成氧化石墨烯固体分散系;将氧化石墨烯固体分散系加热至分散剂燃烧,从而将氧化石墨烯还原成石墨烯;而且本发明的制备方法流程短,操作简单,不需要冷冻、抽真空等较为苛刻的条件,适用于工业化。
The embodiment of the invention discloses a preparation method of graphene.The preparation method comprises the steps that graphite oxide and a stripping disperser are mixed and ground, the graphite oxide is stripped to be graphene oxide and dispersed in the stripping disperser, and a graphene oxide solid dispersing system is formed; the graphene oxide solid dispersing system is heated till the stripping disperser is combusted, the stripping disperser is removed, and meanwhile the graphene oxide is reduced to be graphene, wherein the stripping disperser is carbohydrate and/or derivate thereof.The arbohydrate and/or the derivate thereof are/is used as the disperser, the graphite oxide and the disperser are mixed and ground to form the graphene oxide solid dispersing system, the graphene oxide solid dispersing system is heated till the disperser is combusted, and therefore the graphene oxide is reduced to be graphene.The preparation method is short in process, easy to operate and suitable for industrialization, and freezing, vacuum pumping and other extreme conditions are not needed.
