Abstract

本发明公开了一种克罗烷型二萜类化合物及其制备方法和应用,该克罗烷型二萜类化合物的制备方法如下:将海南暗罗组织经过阴干、粉碎后,用提取溶液回流提取,减压浓缩后得浸膏;浸膏中加入蒸馏水悬浮后,依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯萃取;将乙酸乙酯部位先经硅胶柱层析,然后经石油醚-丙酮体系梯度洗脱,合并相同流份,得到丙酮洗脱部分组分1和组分2;组分1经薄层层析色谱分离得到化合物A,组分2依次经柱层析分离和高效液相色谱分离得到化合物B。本发明的克罗烷型二萜类化合物对肿瘤细胞,尤其是Hela(宫颈癌细胞)、MCF-7(人乳腺癌细胞)和A549(人肺癌细胞)具有增殖抑制作用。
