Abstract

本发明公开了一种双色模多滑块联动机构,包括水口板及连接在水口板顶部的限位杆,限位杆的一侧设置有下落滑块弹簧,下落滑块弹簧的顶部连接有第一下落滑块,限位杆的顶端穿过滑块连接滑块导向块,限位杆的一侧设置有开模机构,滑块的两侧均设置有第二下落滑块,滑块的内部设置有弹簧,弹簧的两端固定在反顶机构上;该种注塑模具双色模前模多滑块联动机构,在原有的基础上,采用多级滑块、多滑块机构分步运动,而且采用了自动脱模,大大降低了人工成本,及安全性差等众多问题;该装置存在4个第二下落滑块,有4个自由度方向存在倒扣且倒扣量较大的模具,运用此机构可以大大提升模具品质及产品生产周期。
The invention discloses a double-color mould multi-sliding-block linkage mechanism. The double-color mould multi-sliding-block linkage mechanism comprises a water gap plate and a limiting rod connected to the top of the water gap plate, wherein a falling sliding block spring is arranged on one side of the limiting rod; the top of the falling sliding block is connected with a first falling sliding block; the top end of the limiting rod penetrates through a sliding block and is connected with a sliding block guide block; a mould opening mechanism is arranged on one side of the limiting rod; second falling sliding blocks are arranged on two sides of the sliding block correspondingly; a spring is arranged in the sliding block, and the two ends of the spring are fixed to a reverse abutting mechanism. On the original base, the multiple stages of sliding blocks and the multi-sliding-block mechanism are adopted to move step by step, and automatic demoulding is adopted, so that labor cost is greatly reduced, and the problems of poor safety and the like are solved. The double-color mould multi-sliding-block linkage mechanism is provided with the four second falling sliding blocks, and a mould with a large number of reverse buckles in the four freedom-degree directions is adopted. By adopting the mechanism, the quality of the mould can be greatly improved, and the product production period can be greatly shortened.
