Abstract

本发明公开了一种柔性电缆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将铜单丝拉制、退火;2)将多根铜单丝绞合;3)将1~2份乙基三乙氧基硅烷、1.5重量份氢化矿物油、1.1重量份对叔丁基苯甲酸、0.8重量份石油磺酸钡、0.3重量份膨胀珍珠岩、0.9重量份2-甲基-2-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-1-丙酮、14.8重量份聚丙烯树脂投入挤出机共混挤出,包覆导体。本发明柔性电缆的制备方法,其制备的电缆具有优良的柔软性、耐腐蚀性能、机械性能和电性能。
The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a flexible cable, and the method includes the following steps: 1) drawing and annealing copper wires; 2) twisting a plurality of copper wires; and 3) putting 1-2 parts of triethoxy ethyl silane, 1.5 parts by weight of hydrogenated mineral oil, 1.1 parts by weight of p-tert-butyl benzoic acid, 0.8 parts by weight of barium petroleum sulfonate, 0.3 parts by weight of expanded perlite, 0.9 parts by weight of 2-methyl-2-(4-morpholinyl)-1-[4-(methylmercapto)phenyl]-1-acetone and 14.8 parts by weight of polypropylene resin into an extruder to be mixed together and extruded, and wrapping the conductor with the extruded material. Through adoption of the method for manufacturing a flexible cable of the present invention, the manufactured cable has good flexibility, corrosion resistance property, mechanical property and electrical property.
