Abstract

The invention relates to magnesium alloy with wear-resisting and damping performance and a manufacturing method thereof. Magnesium alloy serves as a matrix, and compound complexes are evenly distributed on the magnesium alloy matrix. The alloy material comprises, by weight percentage, 6.5%-7.5% of aluminum, 2.5%-3% of strontium, 2%-3% of tin, 1.5%-2.0% of iron, 0.01%-0.03% of titanium, 0.5%-0.8% of Cu, 0.03%-0.09% of carbon, 1.5%-2.0% of dysprosium, 1.5%-2.0% of lanthanum, 1.2%-1.5% of yttrium, the balance magnesium and inevitable impurities.
本发明涉及一种具有耐磨减震性能的镁合金及制备方法,以镁合金为基体,在镁合金基体上均匀分布着化合物复合体,该合金材料化学成份的重量百分含量铝为6.5-7.5%,锶为2.5-3%,锡为2-3%,铁为15-2.0%,钛为0.01-0.03%,铜为0.5-0.8%,碳为0.03-0.09%,镝和镧为1.5-2.0%,钇为1.2-1.5%,其余为镁及少量不可避免杂质。
