PE (polyethylene) wood-plastic floor


The invention discloses a PE (polyethylene) wood-plastic floor. The PE wood-plastic floor is prepared from raw materials in percentage by weight as follows: 25%-28% of PE, 52%-55% of wood powder, 5%-6% of calcium carbonate, 2%-3% of a wood-plastic lubricant, 2%-5% of a maleic anhydride grafted compatilizer, 0.3%-0.5% of PE wax, 0.3%-0.5% of stearic acid, 0.1%-0.2% of EBS (ethylene-bis-stearamide), 0.5%-1% of a wood-plastic impact-resistant filling agent, 0.15%-0.2% of an anti-UV assistant, 0.1%-0.2% of an antioxidant and 4%-5% of a toner. The bending rupture load of the PE wood-plastic floor is up to 4,600 N or higher, meanwhile, the PE wood-plastic floor has the advantages of low water adsorption rate, low temperature resistance and good oxidation resistance, and the applicable range is broad.
