Abstract

本发明涉及一种质子交换膜燃料电池用金属双极板的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)采用钛基金属制成双极板;(2)将上述双极板加热至200℃~600℃,以在双极板表面上制备一层TiO2;(3)将上述双极板在惰性气体气氛中加热到500~1100℃时,通入氢气和碳氢燃料的混合气体,使TiO2层转变为TiC层。本发明的TiC层采用低成本的表面原位氧化还原改性直接制备而成,TiC层生成方案,成本较低,环保,使用寿命较长,钛基体表面先后生成的TiO2层、TiC层采用"一锅法”实现,工艺简单、成本低廉,可批量生产。
The invention relates to a production technology of a metal bipolar plate for a proton exchange membrane fuel cell. The technology comprises the following steps: 1, adopting a titanium base metal to make a bipolar plate; 2, heating the bipolar plate to 200-600DEG C, and preparing a layer of TiO2 on the surface of the bipolar plate; and 3, introducing a hydrogen and hydrocarbon fuel mixed gas when the bipolar plate is heated in inert gas atmosphere to 500-1100DEG C in order to convert the TiO2 layer into a TiC layer. The TiC layer is directly prepared through low-cost surface in-situ redox modification, so the metal bipolar plate has the advantages of low cost, environmental protection and long service life; and the TiO2 layer and the TiC layer are successively generated on the surface of the titanium base through adopting a one-pot method, so the technology has the advantages of simplicity, low cost, and realization of batch production.
