Abstract

本发明公开了一种可见光光催化剂银和磷酸银的制备方法及其应用,属于光催化技术领域。其特征是催化剂制备方法包括以下步骤:取磷酸二氢钠,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶解于乙二醇中,放于水浴锅中,磁力搅拌,取硝酸银溶解于乙二醇中。将硝酸银的乙二醇溶液滴加到磷酸二氢钠及聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的乙二醇溶液中,60℃恒温搅拌。将磷酸银溶液移入160℃油浴中磁力搅拌,反应结束后洗涤得银和磷酸银催化剂。进行可见光光催化实验,结果证明该催化剂具有良好的可见光活性。本发明的有益效果是工艺简单,可用于大规模工业生产,在可见光范围内对有机染料废水的降解效率较高,具有很高的实用价值和应用前景。
The invention discloses a preparation method of visible light photo catalyst silver and silver phosphate and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of photo catalysts, and being characterized that the preparation method of the catalyst comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium dihydrogen phosphate and polyvinylpyrrolidone in glycol, putting the mixture in a water bath kettle, stirring with magnetic force, and dissolving silver nitrate in the glycol; dropwise adding a glycol solution of the silver nitrate into the glycol solution of the sodium dihydrogen phosphate and polyvinylpyrrolidone, and stirring at a constant temperature of 60 DEG C; and shifting a silver phosphate solution into an oil bath of 160 DEG C, stirring, and washing to obtain the silver and silver phosphate after reaction. A visible light photo catalyst experimentation is carried out, and the result shows that the catalyst has good visible light activity. The beneficial effects of the invention is as follows: the process is simple, and the invention can be used in large scale industrial production, has higher degradation efficiency of organic dye waster water in the range of visible light, and has high practical value and application future.
